Wednesday – Push

  • Bench Press
    • 240 lbs, 5 sets x 5 reps*
  • Standing Shoulder Press
    • 115 lbs x 3 reps
    • 135 lbs x 3 reps
    • 155 lbs x 3 reps


* I couldn’t complete the fifth rep on the last set. However, I am confident I will be able to complete all five sets on my next attempt. Also, my chest and lower triceps still seem to be a little sore from the previous workout which makes me think if I was fully rested I would not have had any difficulty today with the fifth set.
