Fitness Boot Camps

Fitness boot camps are a rigorous, intense style of training designed to get you into the best shape possible in the shortest period of time.

Boot camps are taught indoors and outdoors and have a limit of 15 members per class. Classes are scheduled Mon to Fri at 6 AM and 6 PM.

The cost is $10 per class and you are welcome to try the first class for free.
