How To Wrap Your Own Knees For Big Squats!

I just ordered my first pair of knee wraps from ER Canada and start training with them this coming week. The wraps I ordered are 2 meters in length and are IPF approved. The THP material stores and returns 20% more power. That means I should be able to squat 20% more once I learn how to get the full benefit of using them. So far I have been squatting without wraps but feel that it is time to take my training to the next level.
