Monday – Leg Workout

  • Low Bar Back Squat
    • 290 lbs x 5 reps
    • 300 lbs x 3 reps
    • 225 lbs x 7 reps


Every set felt easy today which really helped to build my confidence. However, I probably could benefit from doing more warm up sets as I had a little trouble reaching full squat depth on the first set. After the first set I feltĀ  warmed up and had no difficulty squatting below parallel on consecutive sets.
