- High Bar Back Squat (paused)*
- 135 lbs, 5 sets x 3 reps
* I used the pins in the power rack to pause the weight at the bottom which slightly limited my full range of motion. The next workout I am going to perform this exercise with a pause at the bottom without the aid of any equipment.
