Thursday – Push

  • Bench Press
    • 210 lbs, 5 sets x 7 reps
  • Standing Shoulder Press* (95 lbs), 7 sets x 7 reps
  • Dumbbell Triceps Extension* (25 lbs),  3 sets x 15 reps


* I found that completing all five sets of the bench press with this weight really tired me out so I decided to go light on the shoulders and triceps.
